Her Healthy Hub x TNL
These two projects supported over 100 BAME women during and after the COVID-19 lockdown through online fitness sessions led by female BAME instructors. Delivered via Zoom, the sessions helped reduce isolation, improve mental and physical health, and foster meaningful connection between women from diverse communities during a period of crisis.
Her Healthy Hub x SE
The Return to Play Project
brought together 80 BAME girls and women aged 12–24 with wrestling and fitness sessions following the first COVID-19 lockdown. The classes helped reintroduce participants to physical activity, improving wellbeing and rebuilding confidence.
Her Healthy Hub x PPL
The Healthy Minds project supported 48 BAME girls aged 12–21 through boxing and fitness sessions designed to improve both physical and mental health. The classes successfully created a safe, uplifting space for young women to connect, get active, and build confidence together.

We successfully delivered a Sport England-funded project providing 119 women-only boxing and fitness sessions over 17 weeks supporting 62 BAME girls and young women aged 10 to 21, helping them improve their physical and mental health, reduce isolation, and build confidence in a safe, culturally sensitive environment.

Her Health Hub x TNL
The Reunite project brought together 60 young BAME women aged 12–21 from diverse communities to take part in 40 boxing and fitness sessions. The programme addressed post-COVID loneliness, isolation, and low self-esteem by creating a safe space for physical activity, connection, and open group discussions.

Her Health Hub x Western Power
The Breakthrough project: funded by the Community Matters Fund. We successfully supported 56 BAME girls and women aged 12–26 in 36 boxing and fitness sessions focused on reducing loneliness, improving mental health, and building social connection in a safe, inclusive space.

We competently engaged 30 vulnerable Muslim BAME females aged 16–26 through 104 women-only boxing, fitness, and support sessions. The project tackled issues linked to domestic abuse, building confidence, emotional stability, and awareness in a safe, trusted environment.

In 2022, we ran a 25-week project delivering 150 women-only wrestling and fitness sessions for 72 BAME girls aged 8–18. The programme improved physical health, confidence, and social connections, addressing post-pandemic isolation in a safe and culturally sensitive environment.

We delivered a project supporting BAME families facing food poverty during the cost-of-living crisis. We distributed £100 Aldi vouchers to 10 low-income households, helping them access essential groceries during a time of financial hardship and uncertainty.

Her Health Hub x SE Together
In 2023, we delivered a 20-week programme offering five weekly women-only boxing and fitness sessions, engaging 42 BAME girls and young women aged 8–24. Levels of low physical activity, social isolation, and mental health challenges all improved through participation in the classes.

Her Health Hub x Community Matters
In 2023, we delivered Friendship Through Sport, engaging 38 BAME girls and young women (13–24) in weekly aerobics and Pilates. Over 13 weeks, the project reduced loneliness, anxiety, and low confidence through movement and guided group discussions in a safe, supportive space.

Her Health Hub x PPT
In 2023, we delivered a 13-week boxing and fitness programme funded by Postcode Places Trust. The project engaged 48 BAME girls and young women aged 12–18, successfully helping to improve physical activity, confidence, and wellbeing through fun, structured, women-only sessions.

Her Health Hub x SE Together
In 2023, we delivered a five-week extension of our SE-funded boxercise programme, engaging 63 BAME girls and women aged 12–30. With four weekly in-person sessions, the project improved confidence, wellbeing, and physical health, while deepening social connection across diverse communities.

Her Health Hub x TNL
In 2023–24, we ran the Girls Go For It school holiday programme funded by the Million Hours Fund. The project engaged 48 BAME girls aged 12–17 in boxing and fitness sessions across summer, winter, and half-term breaks — helping reduce anti-social behaviour, improve wellbeing, and boost self-esteem through positive, structured activity.

Her Health Hub x Making Local Lives Better
In 2024, we ran a 15-week programme engaging 33 BAME girls and women aged 10–19 in boxing and fitness. The project boosted confidence, wellbeing, and connection in a safe, women-only space.
